At Adorable French Bakery, we are committed to using high-quality, local, and organic ingredients in everything we make. Our recipes often feature health-conscious alternatives such as agave (a low-glycemic sweetener), ghee, and spelt flour.

Please note the following allergen and ingredient information:
- Our products are made in a facility that processes wheat, milk, eggs, sesame, peanuts, and tree nuts.
- Many of our pastry crusts are made with almond flour (tree nuts), that are clearly labeled.
- Several of our vegan recipes include vegan cashew butter and vegan cashew cheese (tree nuts), as noted on our labels.
Additional Dietary Notes:
- All of our breads contain gluten. However, we use traditional French hand-mixing techniques (no mechanical mixers), which prevents the gluten from rising excessively.
- For those with gluten sensitivities, we offer a seeded loaf that is gluten-free and processed away from our other breads. Please see our online orders page for more information.
- All croissant items are egg-free, as labeled.
- Our signature Adorable Pestos are nut-free.
- We use egg-free Dijon mustard in select recipes.
