I've had the privilege of experiencing Muriel's superb pastries from croissants to tart tatin, exquisite Napoleon and flan. My wife discovered your pastries at the Cambria Park - San Jose Farmer's Market today and brought some home for us to share. I am very particular about pastries (having lived in Paris), and I must say your pastries smelled (important) and tasted as close as I've tasted in a long time to what you get in France.
